About us
Annette Brandt has always had a love for fashion and style but never knew what direction she would go. She began by studying metalsmithing & jewelry design at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA and at Academy of Fine Jewelry Art in New York City, NY. Here she learned an appreciation and interest in the craftsmanship for old jewelry. In 1989, she started selling her jewelry finds at Knit Wit and Plage Tahiti, two local Philadelphia women's high fashion clothing stores. Here she developed a loyal customer following. She even won a "Best of Philly" award for Best Antique and Estate Jewelry in the City.
In the fall of 2003 Annette opened her first retail store with her son Elan in Narberth, PA, a quaint town outside of Philadelphia, in the heart of the Main Line. After graduating from Penn State University and working in corporate America as a head hunter for 5 years, Elan decided that he was ready for a challenge to join mom in the family business. They have since gone on to win several "Best of Main Line" awards for Best Antique Jewelry and have accessorized some of the most fashionable clients in the area.
