A beautiful diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This stunning piece features a sparkling old European Cut diamond resting in the center of lovely filigree and milgrained platinum mounting. The center stone, which is prong set, weighs approximately 1.68ct tw and has H color and SI2 clarity. Surrounding the center stone along the mounting are twelve additional diamonds that accent the center stone perfectly. The smaller diamonds are bezel and prong set Single Cuts with H-I range color and VS clarity, weighting approximately 0.11ct tw. The platinum band displays a beautiful antique engraving on all sides which accents the piece beautifully. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited Gemologist in April 2013 and has a stated retail replacement value of $17,000.00. Measurements: The ring is a finger size 5.5 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
