Fabulous jadeite and pearl earrings from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Each 14kt yellow gold earring begins with a diamond-shaped topper which has a bezel set cabochon jadeite stone set in the center. Surrounding the stone is a white enamel frame and hanging from the topper are 2 natural seed pearls and an enamel covered, rectangular box between them. The enamel of the box link is a beautiful royal blue and finishing each earring is a stunning, teardrop shaped jadeite stone. The earrings have their original screwbacks and are both stamped “14KT”. These wonderful earrings are elegant enough for evening wear or perfect for the daytime.
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 1 5/8" long. The teardrop stones measure approximately 1/4" at the widest point, are 5/8" in length and slightly more than 1/8" in depth.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting, enamel or to the jadeite stones and pearls.
