Art Deco 14kt Gold Carved Rock Quartz Crystal Earrings
A beautiful pair of reverse carved rock quartz crystal earrings from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of 14kt white gold, each of these lovely earrings are comprised of a rock quartz crystal plaque which has a single diamond set in the center. The rock quartz crystal has a hand carved design on the back, which shows through to the front as a beautiful starburst and each is surrounded by a gold frame which is detailed with a fine etched design and a floral motif. The diamond rests within a diamond-shaped box setting that is riveted into the center of the plaque and the crystals hang from geometric cutout links which attach to simple earrings wires. The back of each surrmount is stamped "DIANA 14K". These exceptional earrings could be worn everyday would make a gorgeous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang 2" long and are 1/2" at the widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings are excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the rock quartz crystal and the diamond is intact.
