A fabulous onyx and diamond ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of 14kt white gold, this striking piece features an oval shaped plaque of smooth black onyx. Held within elegant prongs shaped like leaves and flowers, the onyx has a single, bezel set diamond stone set in the center. The diamond has H-I color, SI1 clarity and weighs approximately .20ctw. The shank is stamped "14K". The ring has a simply marvelous, bold look that would look fantastic worn day or night! Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.5 but could be easily resized. The onyx plaque measures approximately 5/8" tall and 1/2" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the onyx or diamond, both of which are intact.
