An absolutely lovely diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This beautiful piece has a single Old Mine cut diamond stone that rests in the center of a delicate 18kt white gold filigree mounting. The center diamond has an approximate total weight of .70ct, with I color and VS2 clarity. The diamond is prong set in an octagonal box setting which sits atop the delicate wirework mounting with floral accents. Set on the shoulder of both sides of the diamond are two additional bezel set diamonds. These stones are old European Cuts and have an approximate total weight of .16ctw with H-I range color and VS range clarity. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified gemologist in November 2014 and has a stated retail replacement value of $7,000.00. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6 but it could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to the diamond, which is intact.
