Late Art Deco 14kt Gold Diamond Engagement Ring 0.42ct
A beautiful diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This lovely piece is made of 14kt white gold and at the center is an old European Cut, which has a total weight of .42ct. The color of the stone is I and the clarity is SI1. The diamond is set in a prong set and resting on the shoulders are 2 additional Single Cut diamonds. These diamonds are prong set with H-I color range and VS clarity range. The inside of the ring appeared to be stamped "14K" and "JB". The ring was appraised by an accredited, independent Gemologist in January 2014 and has a stated retail replacement value of $2,500.00. It is an absolutely magnificent diamond and would make a beautiful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size of a small size 4.75 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to the diamonds, all of which are intact.
