Late Art Deco Platinum & Diamond Engagement Ring 1.19ct
An absolutely exquisite diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This gorgeous piece is made of platinum and holds a single old European cut diamond in the center. The diamond has a total weight of approximately 1.19ct with G color and VS1 clarity. Set along the shoulders of the ring are 8 old Mine Cut diamonds which total approximately 0.15ctw with H-J range color and VS-SI1 clarity. A cathedral style side and tapered band completes the look of this beautiful ring. The inside is marked "10%IRIDPLAT" The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist in December 2013 and has a stated replacement value of $16,000.00. The center stone is absolutely beautiful and the ring looks striking when worn. It would make a gorgeous engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.75 but it could be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or diamond stones, all which are intact.
