A lovely onyx link bracelet from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This gorgeous piece is made of 14kt yellow gold and features an alternating design of carved onyx links and cylindrical onyx connectors. Each of the base links has a rectangular onyx plaque which is prong set within a yellow gold frame. The onyx has a ridged, textured surface and an open back. Cylindrical onyx connector links rest in between each with a textured banded gold center. The clasp is hidden within one of the onyx links and the tongue is stamped "585" as well as a makers mark. Extremely comfortable to wear and light in weight, this stunning bracelet would look beautiful worn alone or grouped with other complimentary bracelets.
Measurements: The bracelet measures a little longer than 7" long, is a little less than 1/2" wide and 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the onyx stones or to the gold setting. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
