Stunning and unusual alabaster and onyx earrings from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! These fabulous earrings are made of sterling silver and have an interesting chandelier-like design. The 3-dimensional earrings begin with an alabaster bead surmount which attaches to a sterling earring post. Dangling from the bead topper are 3 sterling bars, the center being slightly longer than the other two. Each sterling bar link has a natural seed pearl set at the center and at the bottom is a compilation of alabaster beads sandwiched between 2 onyx beads and 2 pearls. The design of the earrings is absolutely striking and the black and white combination is stunning on. Very light in weight, these gorgeous earrings would make a great addition to any collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang 2 5/8" long and are 1/2" wide and deep.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling setting or to the alabaster, onyx or pearls and the posts are secure and in good working condition.
