BAILEY BANKS & BIDDLE Art Deco Diamond Engage Ring 1.08ct
A stunning diamond ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! From legendary maker Bailey, Banks & Biddle, this gorgeous piece is made of platinum and has a stunning modified Marquis Brilliant Cut diamond set in its center. It weighs approximately 1.08ctw with D color and VS2 clarity. The center diamond is set amidst a beautiful halo of 14 Round Cut diamonds and two additional Baguette Cut diamonds rest at both shoulders. Milgrained detailing can be found throughout the fabulous and unusual design of the ring, which looks absolutely beautiful on. The ring comes with the official GIA report from September 2007 which evaluates and grade the stone. The shank is stamped with the "BBB" hallmark along with "IRID PLAT" and the numbers "65307". It's a gorgeous ring and would look perfect worn everyday or could make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The diamond shaped face of the ring measures about 1/2" tall and a little more than 3/8" wide. The ring has a finger size 6.5 but could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
