A stunning pair of moonstone and diamond earrings from the Art Nouveau (ca1910) era! These gorgeous earrings are made of 14kt yellow gold and are detailed with fantastic moonstones and diamonds. Each begins with a single diamond which is prong set and attaches to the simple gold earring wire. Dangling from the topper is a gorgeous flower-like cluster which is comprised of a round, cabochon moonstone center and framed by 12 sparkling old Mine Cut diamonds. The overall total diamond weight for both earrings is approximately 1.30ctw. The moonstones are very clear and have a gorgeous pale blue color with a translucent, iridescent quality. Beautiful and feminine, these wonderful earrings would make a fabulous addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1" long, is a little more than 1/2" wide, and has a depth of slightly more than 1/4" at its thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and the moonstones and diamonds are intact.
