An exquisite blister pearl necklace from the Art Nouveau (ca1910) era! This unique necklace, which is made of 18kt yellow gold, holds three ornate links with the largest in the middle. Each holds a lovely blister pearl at its center, which is framed by a smooth, triangular shaped frame. Three fine gold chains connect the links together. The chains drape in between each pearl in a festoon design and dangling from the center link is a fourth pearl. The pearls have a gorgeous iridescent silver and pink color and high luster and the chain drapes and overlaps to create a wonderful and unique design. It’s an absolutely gorgeous pearl necklace and a must have for an Art Nouveau collector!
Measurements: The necklace measures 15" long. The largest pearl link measures 1 1/8” wide, 3/4" tall, and 1/8” at its thickest point. The 2 smaller links measure 7/8” wide, 5/8” tall, and 1/8” at the thickest points.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the blister pearls or to the chain, and the clasp is secure and in good working condition.
