A lovely gold chain link bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This simple yet beautiful piece is comprised of intertwined, 14kt rosy yellow gold figure-8 links that have a flattened center. The vibrant links are tightly woven, making the bracelet flexible and very comfortable to wear. The bracelet opens and closes at a push clasp, which is incorporated into the design and has an added safety chain for extra security. The face of the clasp is beautifully ornate and has the hand engraved initials "WCE" and a complimentary etched frame. The underside of the clasp is stamped “14K”. The bracelet is fantastic and would look wonderful worn alone or paired with complementary link bracelets!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/4" in length and is approximately 5/8" wide. The bracelet has a pennyweight of 18.0 dwt.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold links and the clasp is secure and in good working condition.
