Victorian Gold-Filled Etruscan Pearl Bangle Bracelet
A gorgeous and unusual bangle bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) period! This stunning gold-filled piece has a beautiful and very ornate Victorian design. The front surface of the bracelet is patterned with an intricate Etruscan wirework design, which alternates with five vertical rows of natural pearls. Both the back and inside of the bracelet are smooth, and two small heart and arrow hallmarks can be found stamped inside. The bracelet is hinged and clasps on the side with a small push clasp, and a safety wire inside provides extra security. An absolutely stunning piece, it would look fabulous worn alone or stacked with a group of similar bracelets!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 1/2" wide and approximately 2 1/8" tall. The surface is slightly less than 1/2" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage or dings to the gold filled setting or pearls, all of which are intact. The clasp and safety wire are both secure and in good working condition.
