Beautiful sapphire and diamond cufflinks from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! Each cufflink is made of platinum topped 14kt yellow gold, the face of each is covered with a fine etched design with a floral motif. In the center of the floral design is a cabochon sapphire stone which rests within a box setting and a Single Cut diamond on the reverse side. The underside of each cuff displays smooth yellow gold and connecting each side is a bar that measures approximately 3/8" long. Both bars are marked "PLON14K". A classic pair of cufflinks, these would look fabulous worn by a man or woman!
Measurements: Each octagon on the cufflinks measures 1/2" wide by slightly less than 5/8" tall and is approximately 1/16" at the thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the cufflinks is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum topped gold setting or to the sapphires and diamonds.
