Art Deco Platinum & 14kt Gold Etched Diamond & Sapphire Cufflinks
Beautiful sapphire and diamond cufflinks from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! Each cufflink is made of platinum topped 14kt yellow gold, the face of each is covered with a fine etched design with a floral motif. In the center of the floral design is a cabochon sapphire stone which rests within a box setting and a Single Cut diamond on the reverse side. The underside of each cuff displays smooth yellow gold and connecting each side is a bar that measures approximately 3/8" long. Both bars are marked "PLON14K". A classic pair of cufflinks, these would look fabulous worn by a man or woman!
Measurements: Each octagon on the cufflinks measures 1/2" wide by slightly less than 5/8" tall and is approximately 1/16" at the thickest point.Condition: The overall condition of the cufflinks is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum topped gold setting or to the sapphires and diamonds.
