Art Deco 14kt Diamond Engagement Ring .97ct
A beautiful diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This gorgeous piece is made of 14kt white gold and holds a single old European Cut diamond in the center, which weighs approximately 0.97ct and has L-color and VS2 clarity. The center stone is held within an octagonal shaped micro-prong setting which is surrounded by an open channel. The shoulders and sides of the mounting are accented with a beautiful filigree wirework design and delicate milgrain detail, which adds to the beauty of this already wonderful piece. Subtle antique engraving on the sides completes the lovely design. Stamped inside the shank is "14K". The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist in August 2014 and has a stated retail replacement value of $6,000.00. It is an absolutely gorgeous feminine and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 7 but could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting or diamond, which is intact.
