A beautiful diamond engagement ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Made of 14kt yellow gold, at the center of this gorgeous ring is a single sparkling white diamond. The diamond is suspended in an artistic 6-prong belcher style setting. In between each prong holding the diamond is a leaf-like gold accent, detailed with black enamel for a subtle yet beautiful enhancement. The shoulders of the ring are engraved with a lovely and decorative design, and the inside of the shank is stamped with a small hallmark. The Victorian design has a classic look and would compliment any ensemble. It looks absolutely gorgeous when worn and would make a unique engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.75 but could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and the diamond stone is intact. There is some slight surface wear to the enamel, which is minimal and normal for a Victorian piece, and is not noticeable when worn.
