A wonderful diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! At the center of this beautiful platinum piece is an old European Cut diamond stone, which sits in a lovely square-shaped box setting. The stone has H-I range color, VS1 clarity, and an approximate total weight of 0.18ct. The mounting has beautiful engraving and milgrained detail, and the shoulders are accented by 6 sparkling single cut diamonds, which rest in pearl shaped settings. The inside of the band is stamped “10% IRID. PLAT." The ring comes with an appraisal by an independent and accredited GIA-certified gemologist. It is an absolutely gorgeous piece and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.5 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
