$5,995

An incredibly beautiful pair of diamond earrings from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! These lovely earrings are made of 18kt rose gold and platinum and have a simple yet lovely design. At the top of the earring is a single old Mine Cut diamond held within a platinum 6-prong setting. Directly below is a larger old Mine Cut diamond held within a platinum 8-prong setting. The two smaller diamonds have a total approximate weight of 0.33ctw with H-I range color and VS clarity. The larger diamonds weigh approximately 1.47ctw with H-J range color and VS clarity. Hinged lever backs fasten at the back of each earring and provide extra security and both of the curved posts are stamped with an Eagle head symbol, which is a hallmark indicating that the earrings are of French origin. The earrings were appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Gemologist in April 2014 and have a stated retail replacement value of $9,000.00. These gorgeous earrings look simply stunning when worn and would be suitable for both daily wear and special occasions. Both feminine and versatile, they would make a perfect addition to any woman's jewelry collection!

Measurements: Each diamond earring hangs 5/8" long, is approximately 1/4" at the widest point and has a depth of a little more than 1/4".

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting and all four diamonds are intact. The curved posts and lever backs are intact and in good working condition.
