An absolutely fabulous hand carved angel skin coral set from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This fabulous set is comprised of a single pendant and a complimentary pair of earrings. The pendant hangs from a triangular, 14kt yellow gold frame that has a small seed pearl resting at its center. Attached to the frame is the carved face of a woman with perfect ringlets and flowers in her hair. Freely dangling from the face is a large urn and at the top of the pendant is a small gold ring, which is perfect for attaching to a chain. The earrings display the same design as the pendant and attach to simple, 14kt yellow gold earring wires. The hand carved coral has soft pink color which is exquisite. The set is absolutely beautiful and would make a perfect addition to any Victorian collection!
Measurements: The pendant measures approximately 2 7/8" long, 3/4" at the widest point, and 1/4" at the thickest point. Each earring hangs approximately 2 1/2" long, is 1/2" at the widest point, and 1/4" at the thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the set is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to the angel skin coral pieces.
