Wonderful Victorian (ca1880) diamond and pearl earrings! These lovely earrings are made 14kt yellow gold and are detailed with sparkling old Mine Cut and Rose Cut diamonds and two natural pearls. Each earring hangs from a modern 14kt gold clasped wire and portrays a cross. At the center of the earring is a single, nice sized pearl which is prong set. Bordering the center pearl are 4 diamonds, 2 old Rose Cut stones and 2 old Mine Cut stones. Extending from the bottom is a pearl which is attached by a gold bar that is riveted through the center. Each earring wire is stamped "14K". They're simply wonderful and would make a lovely addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 1/4" long, is 5/8" at the widest point and has a depth of a little less than 3/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting or wires and all of the stones/pearls and intact.
