Victorian 15kt Long Dangling Gold Ring Earrings
A stunning pair of dangling earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! These beautiful earrings start with a ornately beaded and twisted wirework gold loop, which is connected to the 15kt gold earring wires. Linked to this loop, are three simple smooth gold rings graduating in size, with the smallest loop in the middle and the largest loop on the outside perimeter. Hanging in the center of the smallest loop is a swinging gold ball and freely hanging from the bottom of the largest loop are five gold bars. The bars graduate in length, with the shorter ones on the outside and at the end of each bar, hangs a small gold ball. A natural patina is on the surface of the gold earrings which add a wonderful rich look to the earrings. The earrings are very light and comfortable to wear and they are certainly one of the most gorgeous pair of Victorian earrings that I have ever seen! They would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs almost 2 3/4" long, is 3/4" at it's widest point, and has a depth of 1/2".
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold earrings.
