Wonderful chalcedony and zircon earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each earring begins with a bezel set chalcedony disc that rests within vibrant 14kt yellow gold. Dangling from the chalcedony surmount is a bezel set zircon. The faceted zircon stones can be seen from the front and back of the earrings, and have a lovely smokey pink color. Dangling from the center link is a long teardrop shaped chalcedony stone. The chalcedony is a translucent, pearly white and the top of each teardrop is capped with a small scalloped 14kt gold topper. These stunning earrings are in beautiful condition and would look great worn at night or during the day!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 2 3/4" long, and measures slightly less than 3/8” wide and thick. The diameter of the top chalcedony disk is 3/8”.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or chalcedony and both zircon stones are intact.
