A marvelous pair of Vintage pearl and diamond earrings from the 1960's! Each lovely earring begins with a Single Cut diamond set at the base of a 14kt white gold earring wire. Below the Single Cut diamond is an open 14kt white gold ring with an 0.15ct Old Mine cut diamond set in the center. The post inside the circle is so fine that it almost gives the illusion that the diamond is suspended in mid air in the center of the circle. The diamonds are bezel set and dangling below each is a large, beautiful South Sea Tahitian pearl. These companion earrings feature an attractive "Day and Night" color pattern with one white pearl and one grey pearl earring. Each pearl is 12mm and has a wonderful high luster surface. These gorgeous earrings are a simple but stunning design and would be perfect for daily wear or for a special occasion. They are simply beautiful and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 1 1/4" long, and have a width and depth of approximately 3/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or wires and all of the diamonds and pearls are intact.
