A dazzling pair of diamond earrings from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! These elegant earrings are made of platinum and hang from modern 14kt white gold lever back wires. Each earrings displays a simple, yet beautiful design. Four sparkling old European Cut diamonds dangle from the earring topper, creating a vertical, glittering row that looks breathtaking when it catches the light. The diamonds vary in size and are graduated with the smaller diamonds at the top of the row and the largest diamonds hanging at the bottom. Each diamond is held within an open backed platinum bezel setting. In total, the overall diamond weight is approximately 2.35ctw. Measurements: The earrings hang 1 1/2" long, are slightly more than 1/8" at their widest point and are approximately 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or the earring wires and the diamonds are all intact. The lever back tops are secure and in good working condition.
