A lovely pearl and diamond lavalier pendant from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This wonderfully feminine piece has a soft 3-dimensional design that is detailed with 2 natural pearls and 17 old Rose Cut diamonds. The diamonds are bezel and bead set throughout the piece and the pendant is made of 14kt yellow gold that is topped with platinum. The lavalier style pendant has an weaved swirling topper that has a raised 3-leaf branch in the center. Three fine diamond detailed chains hang from the ornate topper and attach to the large natural pearls that dangle from the bottom. It's a simply exceptional piece and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurement: The pendant hangs 1 5/8" long, is 3/4" wide and has a depth of 1/4".
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum and gold setting and all of the pearls and diamonds are intact.
