A stunning ruby and diamond bar pin from the Edwardian (1910) period! This absolutely gorgeous pin is made of 18kt yellow gold and platinum and encrusted with calibrated natural rubies. With 25 total rubies, the stones graduate in size and rest in an 18kt gold millgrained setting. Four old Rose Cut diamond stones detail the both ends of the pin and are set in a platinum topped bezel or box setting. On the back of this extremely long bar pin is a large gold clasp. The pin was appraised by an independent and accredited Gemologist in 2010 that appraised the rubies as Burmese origin and gave it a stated retail replacement value of $15,000.00. It is a remarkable piece and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!

Condition: The overall condition of this piece is excellent. There is no damage to the gold or platinum and all of the rubies and diamonds are intact. The pin clasp is secure and in good working condition.
