Edwardian Platinum & 14kt Blue Zircon & Diamond Ring
A stunning blue zircon and diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This fabulous piece is made of platinum topped 14kt yellow and has a lovely flower shaped design. The feminine ring features a round natural blue zircon stone resting in the center of a border of sparkling diamonds. The bezel set zircon has a faceted face and gorgeous vivid blue color, and is surrounded by 10 diamonds. Each of the diamonds forms one of the "petals" of the flower, with the zircon acting as the center. Delicate milgrained detail surrounds the stones and adds a beautiful accent to the already lovely design. The shoulders of the ring are enhanced with a simple ridged design, which extends to a simple yellow gold band stamped "14K" inside. It's a simply beautiful ring and that would look perfect worn everyday or for special occasions!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.75 but could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum topped gold setting and the zircon and diamonds are all intact.
