Edwardian 14kt Mixed Metals Diamond Engage Ring 0.31ct
A lovely mixed metals diamond engagement ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This gorgeous piece is made of 14kt gold and has a beautiful two tone setting. In the center of the ring is a prong set old European cut diamond, which weighs approximately 0.31ct, with H color and VS2 clarity. The 4-prong setting gives the diamond a lovely square-shaped appearance and at either side is a delicate white gold box and floral design decorating the shoulders of the ring. As is common with pieces from the Edwardian era, this particular ring has a mixed metals design, which is evidenced by its beautiful yellow gold band that compliments the white gold setting perfectly. The band is smooth all the way around, and is stamped "WHITE ROSE" inside. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist in March 2014 and has a stated replacement value of $3,200.00. This unique and lovely ring has a delicate, feminine appearance that looks beautiful when worn. It would make a wonderful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a small finger size of 4.75 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the diamond stone, which is intact.
