A lovely pearl and blue zircon ring from the Edwardian (ca1900) era! The ring, which is a slightly domed oval shape, is made of platinum topped 14kt gold. Encrusted with sparkling diamonds, at the center of the ring is a bezel set, faceted zircon stone. Set above and below the brilliant blue stone are 2 large pearls. The mounting displays lovely wirework and milgrained detailing. The shank of the ring, which is made of 14kt yellow gold, is stamped “585”. This ring would be perfect for the Edwardian jewelry collector!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of a large 8.5 but it could easily be resized. The oval shape of the ring measures about 1” tall, 1/2" at its widest point and slightly more than 1/4" at its deepest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum topped 14kt gold and all of the stones/pearls are intact.
