Art Deco 14kt Hexagonal Aquamarine Filigree Ring
A lovely and unusual aquamarine ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of 14kt yellow gold, this beautiful piece has a single faceted aquamarine stone which is bezel set in the center. The aquamarine has an unusual hexagonal shape which is set horizontally across the face of the ring. With stunning, clear blue color, the stone rests within an intricate filigree wirework design which carries onto the sides and shoulders of the mounting. The band of the ring is smooth and the inside is stamped "14K". The design is beautiful and the yellow gold setting looks fantastic against the light blue color of the stone. It would make a gorgeous addition to any collection, or a very unique engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of a large 8.25 but could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold mounting or the aquamarine stone.
