A lovely Art Deco (ca1920) diamond and onyx engagement ring! This beautiful piece has a single diamond stone that rests in the center of a delicate filigree mounting. The diamond, which is an old Mine Cut, has an approximate total weight of .15ct tw and is set in a lovely 18kt white gold setting. The color of the stone is H-I and the clarity is SI1. The diamond is prong set in an milgrained octagonal box setting which sits atop the delicate wirework mounting. Set on the shoulder of both sides of the diamond are 2 onyx stones that accent the center diamond wonderfully. The shank of the ring is stamped "18K". The ring comes with an appraisal from an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size of a large size 6.5 but it could easily be resized. When worn, the ring sits approximately 1/4" atop the finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold, diamond or to the onyx stones.
