Art Deco 18kt Diamond Engagement Ring 0.80ct
A gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of 18kt white gold, this beautiful ring has a "step-up" style mounting with three graduated rows of diamonds on each shoulder and a gorgeous diamond in the center. The center diamond, which is set within a square box prong setting, weighs approximately 0.80ct with J color and VS2 clarity. There are twelve smaller bead set diamonds surrounding the center diamond, completing the design perfectly. The sides of the mounting display delicate engraving and fine milgrained detail. The ring appraised in February 2014 by a GIA certified GG for a retail replacement value of $5600. It's a delicate and feminine piece that looks beautiful when worn. It would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 8.25 but could be easily re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to any of the diamond stones, all of which are intact.
