The center diamond stone, which is an old Mine brilliant cut, has a total approximate weight of .35ct and is set in a beautiful and ornate platinum setting. The stone is G-H color and VS1 clarity. It is set in an 8 prong octagonal box setting which sits atop a delicate filigree mounting with beautiful milgrain detail. Set within the mounting are 4 single cut diamonds. These stones have an approximate total weight of .12ct tw, G-H color and VS1-VS2 clarity. The ring was appraised in July 2010 by an accredited and independent Gemologist and has a retail replacement value of $3200.00. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 7 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or to the diamond stones, which are intact.
