A fabulous emerald ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This beautiful piece is made of 18kt white gold and has a prong set Emerald stone that rests in the center of an octagonal shaped setting. The center stone is a round cut and has an approximate total weight of 1.14ctw. It has exquisite, vibrant color and is set in the lovely white gold setting. Filigree wirework and ornate carving on the shoulders and side makes the mounting of this ring absolutely fabulous. Set on the four sides of the larger center Emerald are 4 trillion cut Emeralds which have a total approximate weight of 0.08ctw. The ring was appraised by an accredited and independent Gemologist in February 2013 and has a stated retail replacement value of $4,000.00. It is an exquisite ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 7 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and the stones are intact.
