A stunning sapphire and diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This fabulous piece is made of 14kt yellow gold and platinum and adorns a round sapphire stone resting in the center of a border of diamonds. The sapphire, which weighs approximately 2.18ctw, has a faceted face and gorgeous deep blue color and is surrounded by 10 sparkling old Mine Cut diamonds. The inside shank appears to have once been stamped "14K" but it is no long fully legible. It's a beautiful ring and would look perfect worn everyday or could make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and the sapphire and diamonds are all intact.
