Edwardian Platinum/18kt Mother of Pearl Diamond Cufflinks

SKU: 38038

$895

A beautiful pair of mother of pearl cufflinks from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! Made of vibrant 18kt yellow gold, these fabulous double-sided cufflinks have a platinum-topped frame and lovely mother of pearl surface. Resting at the center of each is a delicate mine cut diamond in a milgrained bezel, a nice sparkling accent! The mother of pearl surface displays soft, iridescent hues of pale pink and green that are visible when turned in the light. The platinum border displays an engine-turned pattern that lends a light texture to the design. The cufflinks are stamped "18CT" on the back, and are connected by a strand of gold chain. These wonderful cufflinks have a classic design that would look fantastic worn by a man or a woman!

Measurements: Each cufflink face measures 1/2" in diameter and is 1/8" thick. The connecting strand of chain measures 7/8" long.

Condition: The overall condition of the cufflinks is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum-topped gold setting or to the mother of pearl surface. Both diamonds are intact, and the strands of connecting chain are secure.
