A gorgeous enamel and pearl chain from the Art Nouveau (ca1910) era! Extremely long in length, this chain is comprised of sections of 14kt yellow gold chain that alternate with enameled links and delicate natural pearls. The enameled bar links have a rich green color with twisted gold veins and white dots and the pearls are all bezel set and have a beautiful, iridescent color. At the back of the chain is a gold spring ring clasp which makes it easy to double the chain or to add a complimentary pendant. It's a fabulous and versatile piece that would be a perfect addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements: The entire length of the chain measures about 55" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the chain is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the gold chain or pearls and the clasp fastens securely and is in good working condition There are a few minor chips to the green enameling however this is hardly noticeable when the chain is worn and could easily be repaired.
