Victorian 14kt & Diamond Open Arrow Pendant Necklace

SKU: 36302

A stunning and unusual diamond arrow pendant from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This spectacular diamond encrusted piece is made of vibrant 14kt yellow gold and carries the shape of an arrow shooting through a large open circle. In the center of the open circle is an elaborate cluster of diamonds, the two largest resting in the center of a diamond halo. At either end is an additional diamond held in a gold buttercup setting. The tail of the arrow depicts individual feathers detailed with a pair of sparkling diamonds set in each. Delicate milgrain work throughout the piece completes the lovely design. Originally a pin, the piece has been converted into a gorgeous pendant that hangs from a delicate 14kt white gold chain. The pack of the arrow is marked "585" along with a small maker's mark, and the clasp of the chain is stamped "14K." A real beauty, this stunning piece looks incredible when worn. A dazzling necklace for everyday wear or special occasions, it would make a fabulous addition to any collection!

Measurements: The entire length of the necklace measures 16". The arrow pendant itself measures 2 1/8" long. The open circle has a 1" diameter, and the piece has a depth of 3/8" at its thickest point and 1/8" at its thinnest point.

Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or any of the diamonds, all of which are intact. The chain and spring ring clasp is secure and in good working condition.
