Art Deco 14kt Painted Enamel Sailboat Pin
A wonderful sailboat pin from the late Art Deco (ca1930) period! With a very charming look, this beautiful piece is made of vibrant 14kt yellow gold and fairly large in size, depicting a realistic looking sailboat at sea. The front surface of the piece is brightly detailed with green and white enameling, which looks fantastic against the yellow gold setting. A painted shooting star and several rows of thin diagonal lines decorate the front of the sails and the base of the boat is green with gold accents. The back of the sailboat is made of smooth yellow gold and reveals a secure pin clasp that runs vertically down the entire length of the piece. Both attractive and artistic, this lovely sailboat pin has a great nautical look which looks beautiful when worn. It would make a fun and eye-catching addition to any collection!

Condition: The overall condition of the pin is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or enamel and the pin clasp is secure and in good working condition.
