A fabulous aquamarine ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Simply stunning, the ring is made of 14kt white gold and displays a large rectangular-shaped aquamarine center. The aqua, which is bezel-set within a gorgeous filigree mounting, has a faceted front and back and wonderful clear, blue color. A lovely, feminine floral design travels along the shoulders of the mounting The underside of the band is stamped “14” and engraved with what appears to be “M.J.A” The ring would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The face of the ring measures slightly less than 1/2” tall, 3/8” wide, and 3/16” thick. The ring has a finger size 6.25 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the aquamarine stone.
