A fun and unusual filigree ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This unique ring is made of 14kt white gold and has a very colorful Art Deco look. Set in the middle of the mounting is an oval-shaped rose quartz stone held in a 14kt white gold bezel. The rose quartz has a smooth, polished surface and is slightly translucent, with a lovely pale pink color. Surrounding the rose quartz is a colorful enameled border atop the white gold setting. The enamel design has a bright green border and a pink heart in each of the four corners. The cheerful pink and green colors of the enamel serve as a perfect accent to the pale pink rose quartz stone. The side of the ring reveals an intricate filigree design along the underside of the mounting and the shoulders of the ring, with exceptional wirework and delicate milgrain and engraved detail. The ring looks wonderful on and the piece would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 7.5 but could easily be resized. The front of the ring measures 3/4" tall and 5/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the 14kt white gold setting or to the enamel, and the rose quartz stone is intact.
