An absolutely exquisite Art Deco style diamond engagement ring! The center diamond stone, which is an old European Cushion Cut, has a total weight of 1.52ct and is set in a beautiful handmade platinum setting. The stone has M color and SI1 clarity and is prong set and rests high above the finger. Twenty eight old European Cut diamonds are set within the stunning mounting, lining the shoulders and on the prongs, adding to the beauty of the piece. These stones weigh approximately 0.28ctw with H-I color range and VS2-SI1 clarity range. There is gorgeous engraving and milgrained detail along all sides of the band and fine wirework on the sides of the mounting. The ring was appraised by an accredited and independent Gemologist in December 2013 and has a stated retail replacement value of $9,500.00. It is an absolutely gorgeous diamond and the ring would make a perfect engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6.25 but it could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring sits approximately 1/4" atop the finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum or diamonds, all of which are intact.
