Wonderful coral earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each earring begins with a vibrant coral ball which is set within dramatic 14kt prongs and attach to a clasped earring wire. Dangling from the coral bead surmount is a fine gold chain which attaches to a long tear drop shaped coral stone. The natural coral is a wonderful, rich orange color and the earrings are very light and comfortable to wear. These stunning earrings are in beautiful condition and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 2 1/4" long and measures 3/8" at the thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no other apparent damage to the coral or to the gold setting and wires.
