A lovely Persian turquoise pendant from the Victorian era (ca1880)! This beautiful piece is comprised of a raised turquoise cabochon in the center, encircled by two tiered rows of turquoise stones in a spiral-like design. The pendant is made of 10kt rose gold and the turquoise stones are prong set and vary in size and color, displaying beautiful hues in a variety of green and blue shades. The pendant hangs from a matching bail that holds a graduated row of three turquoise stones. This artistic piece has a wonderful look that would make a beautiful addition to any woman's jewelry collection!
Measurements: The pendant hangs 1 3/8" long, is 1" wide and 3/8" at its thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and all of the turquoise stones are intact.
