A beautiful enameled pin from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Made of 18kt yellow gold, this gorgeous pin features a round gold disk, which rests in the center atop a gold bar. On the surface of the disk is an enameled and hand painted image of a stunning Victorian woman wearing a black mask over her face. Two old Rose Cut diamonds peek through the openings in the mask and represent her eyes. On the back of the bar is a secure pin clasp. This stunning piece is very unusual and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurement: The gold bar of the pin measures approximately 2" long. The gold disk center has an approximate diameter of 1" and is a little more than 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the pin is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to the enamel and painted surface. The clasp has a safety catch which is secure and in good working condition.
