A gorgeous diamond starburst pin/pendant from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This beautiful piece is comprised of 64 sparkling old Rose Cut diamonds that surround a single larger center Old Mine cut diamond stone which weighs approximately .65ct tw. The The diamonds are set in a sterling silver topped 14kt yellow gold setting which was common style for the Victorian era. It has a wonderful convex shape and the diamonds sparkle beautifully. It can be worn as a pin or pendant and has a flip-down bail and a pin stem with a safety clasp on the back. The overall approximate diamond weight of the pin/pendant is 3.50ctw. It is a lovely piece and would make a great addition to any collection!
Measurements: The pin/pendant measures approximately 1 3/4" wide and 1 3/4" tall with an approximate depth of 1/2".
Condition: The overall condition of the pin is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold or silver and all of the diamonds are intact. The pin clasp and flip-down bail are secure and in good working condition.
