Victorian 14kt Gold & Cabochon Bloodstone Ring
A fabulous bloodstone ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Made of 14kt yellow gold, this attractive ring has a simple but bold design and holds a large oval-shaped bloodstone in the center. The stone is bezel set and smoothly polished, displaying a deep olive green color with natural marbled flecks of fiery orange, red, and pink. The gold band is smooth with wide shoulders, which taper in slightly towards the back of the ring. A very fashionable piece, it has a versatile look perfect for everyday wear, and would make a special addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7 but could be easily resized. The bloodstone center measures 7/8" tall and approximately 5/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the bloodstone, which is intact.
