Victorian 18kt 3-Stone Pink Sapphire Ring
An absolutely gorgeous 3-stone Gypsy ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This stunning piece is made of 18kt yellow gold and features three gorgeous stones that rest horizontally across the top of the ring. Each stone is a luscious pink sapphire, all three of which are beautifully faceted and display a rich color with tones of pink and purple hues. The center stone is larger than the two side stones, giving the design a subtle graduated look. Resting in between each of the pink sapphires are two delicate white diamonds set in a vertical row, which add a lovely sparkle. The sides of the mounting display an exceptionally beautiful filigree design with a flowing, swirled motif. The beautiful color of the pink sapphires paired with the vibrant yellow gold setting makes a gorgeous combination. The inside of the band is stamped "8", "L&W", and four small hallmarks including a crown, the number "18", an anchor, and the letter "N." It's a marvelous, feminine ring for everyday wear and would look beautiful worn alone or stacked with other complimentary rings!
Measurements: The ring has a small finger size of 5.25 but could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the yellow gold setting and all of the pink sapphire stones and diamonds are intact.
